My system drive went flakey and I installed a new drive (the old drive is still in the system) and reinstalled Win 7 and my apps.

I’m using Outlook 2010 and I’d like to get my old emails and contacts restored ( I did do a backup to an external drive) but, for the life of me, I can’t figure out where Microsoft hides those files in order to import them.

    HELP!

    Bob

They should be in your profile Bob in a .pst file. something like users\bob\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\your.pst

I’ve learned a lot of tricks just by going through the tons of posts. My favorite are the apps that you find out about and review like the applocker in Windows 7. Thanks a lot.
