So all kidding aside this is a real pop-up on a real website when a real person tried to click the good old “Forgot Password” button. Now if I am clicking on that – do you really think I can use my existing password to login? I mean really… Sheeeesh!

How true it is… If you let a end user figure out a technical issue themselves using trial and error and they tell you they figured it out…. NEVER EVER – EVER ask them how they did it:
