		<description>If you want to enable this on a kiosk machine, or stand alone winxp box for kids or grandma you have to do a few things if you don&#039;t see the options mentioned above. 
1. Start / Run / gpedit.msc
2. Under User Configuration right click &quot;Administrative Templates&quot; select - Add/Remove Templates..
3. Hit Add
4. Select &quot;system.adm&quot; - hit open, then close.
5. Now you should see the options mentioned above.</description>
