I was (and still am) mad as hell. That was one hard lesson. The other one was that you can't recover data to the same hard drive you are recovering from because it overwrites the very data you are trying to recover. I lost a pastor's sermons for 4 years trying to recover his data back to his same disk. If there is a hard way to learn something, I guarantee I will find it. Thanks for sharing your story.
