		<description>Windows XP doesn&#039;t have it build in, but if you have a microphone MS Office installed you&#039;re ready to go, as MSO includes the Speech Recognition Engine for XP.

If you don&#039;t have MS Office, then download the Microsoft Speech Software Development Kit, it&#039;s free.
