I wonder if this would work when a virus/spyware has hit the PC so bad that IE crashes everytime you open it (and Firefox isn't available). I would think that "help" browser is also using IE in the backend, and therefore will probably cause it to crash in a spyware situation. In this case, I've just resorted to: start / cmd / run ... ftp ftp.mozilla.com and download firefox :) that’s a sweet trick.
