According to Microsft&#039;s site http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc978624.aspx it says the setting of 20000 is 20 seconds. But it also says &quot;miliseconds in decimal&quot;.  Wouldn&#039;t 20000 miliseconds be 200 seconds (or ~3 minutes)?</description>

20000 ms = 20 seconds, not 3+ minutes
300 ms = 0.3 seconds, not 3 seconds
