I’m another thankful customer for this easy solution. I first removed several programs, unchecked several startup programs from msconfig, and then did several back and forth restorations in vain, thinking it was an update or virus!!! Thanks again!!! oh thank you so much!!!

BTW, if you double click on the boarder of the Task manager you can toggle between this mode and normal mode
