Love this tool, have been using it for a few years now. I ran into an issue that I didn't see mentioned in any of the comments (on this page or the article you wrote on how to use ExtraOutlook).

When using Outlook templates and MS Exchange Server accounts, whichever profile you open last with ExtraOutlook becomes the default sending account. When you open your Outlook template (in my case from the toolbar), it will switch to the last instance of Outlook and use that accounts profile as the From address. If you change the From address to another Exchange Server account and it is not specified as a delegate of the last profile you opened, you won't be able to send the e-mail. You have to close all Outlook instances (except the profile you want to send from), create the e-mail in that profiles Outlook instance, and then send it. And since you can't have more than one Exchange Server account in your e-mail addresses, you can't save the template with a pre-selected account, because it only sees the default account.

Does this works with POP3 accounts? I want to run multiple instances of Outlook with different POP3 accounts in each. Also, does it manage separate address books and stuff?
