It was problem with Server Indexing which was filling my hard disk within one day. Almost 70GB each day.
I turned the Indexing OFF and it solved the problem,
Indexing files not shown in the C drive and only i found the big file when I used SequoiaView.
The files are in this Directory~ in Server 2003:
\System Volume Information\catalog.wci

You're welcome :)
The Nagios Interface is not very user friendly. But you can install another interface : Centreon. check this out here : <a href="http://www.centreon.com/Product/Screenshots.html ">http://www.centreon.com/Product/Screenshots.html
I'm using Nagios for checking several things on my servers : disk space, CPU load, virtual memory, if a service like print spooler is started etc...
If any of these checks goes wrong, i receive an email. And if i'm not at my desk, i receive a text message on my mobile phone :)
A bit tricky to configure but very powerful !
