CTRL + F4 will close the active tab, which can be quite handy at times.
CTRL + & HOME/END will move tabs left and right. Great for grouping multiple tabs from a site.
When you have a tab selected, the L/R Arrow keys and HOME/END keys will switch you to the next/previous and first/last tab, respectively.

Mozilla's Knowledge base has some additional shortcuts that are real time savers!

I think CTRL + Tab was meant ;) its a way to move tabs within any application that has tabs

Alt-Tab moves to different application windows not within The Fox. Unless there is a way to modify this. I use alt tab almost as much as control alt delete and fast task manager via control shift escape .

We knew about this, and this is most helpful when we have too many tabs opened, and going to 2 and third tab, you need to use alt+tab, and it moves one by one…
Boring, isnt it.

Move the Bookmark toolbar next to the Menu bar to save space. Right-click anywhere near the buttons and select "modify". Now move the Bookmark toolbar to the space next to the menu. Close modify screen, right-click again and de-select Bookmark toolbar. Voila.
