		<description>One important thing to note, by installing this way not only do you get a fresh install (instead of an upgrade, which we all know can cause many issues), but you also get to keep your XP key active. If you do the &quot;normal&quot; upgrade process, then your XP key is invalidated and can not be used again.  </description>
