for anyone that might come across this page, I have to completely disagree.

I've been using it for about 6 months now and overall I describe the phone as Bulky, Slow, Over-Priced, and having Fragile Poor (CUSTOMER) Service.

The core +'s are the touch screen, numbers on front, and the dual keyboard (though there are better ones out there).

The phone is really too thick for today's smart phone. The phone is slow changing between programs compared to other smart phones with Windows 6 I have used. Additionally, samsung really has not built a long term quality product here. The phone has broken twice in 6 months (1 LCD going blank white with no physical damage but samsung still charged 100 dollars for it to be fixed) and another hardware burn out (repaired under warranty after samsung had the phone for 1 full month -- that's one month where i did not have a phone at all but was still paying for verizon service!).
