Hello Boys and Girls, It seems other companies aside from Apple are putting their thinking caps on and breaking all kinds of molds. There was a mold. Apple didn’t exactly break the mold for tablets, as shown in this nifty diagram. All they did was scale it up. An overgrown cellphone won’t last very long [...]

So you don’t want to dole out the big bucks for some fancy smancy cd/dvd authoring suite just to burn cd’s and disk images? Or how about you don’t want the bloat from said suite? No it’s probably that you are just like me and a big cheapskate when it comes to buying software! Either [...]
I don’t know anyone who doesn’t get a call from a telemarketer at least once a week if not much more. They’ll call and leave no message and annoy the heck out of you. Unfortunately, some of these calls are actually made by criminals who try to get your personal information. News articles over [...]
“…Perhaps you think your email is legitimate enough that encryption is unwarranted. If you really are a law-abiding citizen with nothing to hide, then why don’t you always send your paper mail on postcards? Why not submit to drug testing on demand? Why require a warrant for police searches of your house? Are you trying [...]
Hi boys and girls, Do you remember when Ask The Admin covered a very interesting topic of Free Exchange services? For those who don’t, you can look here, here and sometimes here. In a nutshell, this article talked about how me and my fiance’ had to plan our wedding and had tons of appointments flying [...]
The title of this question here is a little misleading because you can use this little web app to serve lots of stuff besides quotes, like random ads or words of wisdom. Get your geek on and swap out scripts and images galore! Originally we used the free RandomQuote ASP generator to feed our geeky [...]
I was a hard core Netscape user before the days of FireFox and before that I was all about IE4 . (Sorry for the re-run but Kayla didn’t let us sleep this weekend!) So I have realized change is good and you live and you learn. So when I heard about Flock, I decided to [...]

My beta invitation came through a little while ago (WE HAVE MORE! 4/10/08) and I couldn’t wait to fire up the fox and give her a shot. I gave my first Aviary online application a spin and all I can say is WOW! The application AtA got to beta test today (we have 5 beta [...]

I would like to monitor event logs on multiple windows machines – maybe ping them every so often? I used to use something called Emon but it seems pretty outdated. I looked at bigBrother but it seems too expensive. Do you have a solution? Have you heard of VMWare?? If you are game then keep [...]

for anyone that might come across this page, I have to completely disagree.
I've been using it for about 6 months now and overall I describe the phone as Bulky, Slow, Over-Priced, and having Fragile Poor (CUSTOMER) Service.
The core +'s are the touch screen, numbers on front, and the dual keyboard (though there are better ones out there).
The phone is really too thick for today's smart phone. The phone is slow changing between programs compared to other smart phones with Windows 6 I have used. Additionally, samsung really has not built a long term quality product here. The phone has broken twice in 6 months (1 LCD going blank white with no physical damage but samsung still charged 100 dollars for it to be fixed) and another hardware burn out (repaired under warranty after samsung had the phone for 1 full month — that's one month where i did not have a phone at all but was still paying for verizon service!).
