Sloth, I was reviewing the service as I had used it. The emoze service definitely has ways around having your pc on, I’m just the type of guy(nerd) that doesn’t feel comfortable if I dont have a server running somehwere, always on. :) call it a techie style OCD. Though you brought up a very important clarification that Oren has so graciously answered. Thanks for looking out Oren :) .

Very cool! For SMB people that is a great tool so they don't have to pay for a BES server to get similar features.

Quick question, does it do calendars and contacts too?

i have hsdpa so i think this is great but one question how does it really work? if there is an app on the device that is constantly running wont that kill my battery life? just curious as i will be installing this anyhow over the holiday weekend. thanks for bringing this to my attention.

hi oren, this is great news as we have no bes in my office. How does the owa or gmail connection work? could i have either account above sync or pop my other accounts and push it to my blackjack?

Secondly, to answer the previous comment. Using emoze to sync your Gmail, Google Apps, or OWA "outlook web access" accounts means not having to keep your PC on! No PC Connector is required.

We've just launched emoze v1.5 !

Not to be the party pooper here, but you say you install a client/agent on your laptop/desktop that 'listens' for mail and then pushes it out to your handheld.

What say....I'm in transit and my laptop is shutdown, or my PC isn't running/connected to the internet?

No Bueno, right?

This is where Blackberry/RIM will continue to maintain its advantage.

The agent that resides on the BES server that monitors your Notes mail file/Exchange message store, should always be on(how's your UPS, have you tested it lately! ;-) )therefore the mail is almost guaranteed to be delivered.
