Sorry Bob the above method is for NTFS which is a PC file system. Either post your full issue here or try GotoMeeting.

Like Bob, I have been getting this message. I have tried your approach but when I log in remotely using my email and password, it tells me that my remote Mac is offline...

How do I login remotely using my access code as you have suggested in your solution? I don't see a 'more' button on the logmein site.. Am I missing something. Please help as I cannot find any other decent remote access for Mac that isn't painfully slow...

Thanks

Could it be you were using the free version, but installed the Pro(trial) version and it expired?

If that be the case, then you're outta luck unless you pony up.
